Slow Ftp Transfer?

Alright, so I'm trying to make a backup of the goofed ST.db just in case my Xbox screws up when I delete it.

I can connect to the Xbox just fine, but the transfers are incredibly slow, and the ST.db file always times out.

Can anyone help?
