that why if you atempt to do such things you must know exactly what you are doing. Since you used that old hack and deleted the most important files on the xbox I guess you didn't.
If your clock is not dead you should be able to load your retail game from bootup (game must be inside the xbox before you turn it on).
If even the games don't work anymore you could always hotswap or install a chip.

are you aware that there is a search function on this page? you can hotswap at any point as soon as your xbox is on except on some error screens

If you can still boot games, why not use the ude hack and ftp everything back onto the box... because I know you made a back up! If you didn't, let me know, you should be able to find someone with a softmoded box and just copy their c drive over, then use itools to uninstall everything back to normal

Holy cow, you are doing EVERYTHING wrong!!!!! Try hotswapping with the error 12 trick.. What is that you ask? The search button will tell you, as will various pinned tutorials, and about 500 threads..
And get rid of hdd driver!! Run away, delete it then defrag your disk to obliterate any remnants of it (Not actually necessary).. Even if you know what you are doing that program is big trouble!!!! You want xboxhdm 1.9..

Seriously though, you got a few days of reading ahead of you before you figure this out..

Looking into removing the ide cable from the dvd rom before you boot xbox for the error 12 trick but just looking and read.
