First make sure you can at least load a game. IE: POP in a game, power cycle the box and the game should load.

I used Fable to reinstall the MSDASH.

Steps from fable game:

1. Load up Fable(or any xbox live compatible game)
2. Restart the xbox
3. At title screen, hit start
4. choose the xbox live option
5. The xbox will then update the MSDASH back to its original state
so you will then have 4 options including xbox live.
6. After it finishes, restart the xbox and it should load the MSdash

I know it works on error codes 13 and 20 from my own personal expierence.

This even worked after I screwed up the UDE uninstall and enabled EEE by Mistake.

DaddyJ <------He schooled me on this method yesterday. Thanks Man

Im trying. I want to write a tut for Ltools from start to finish. Their is alot of good stuff to read but some of it is out dated from what I have learned on the forums here. I am still a total noob but my brain is like a sponge. Once its in their its their for good.

Just for the record. There are NO games that let you run the exploit straight of the mem card. Not even 007 auf. The only way it "looks" like it runs of the mem card is when the save is present on the hd also but it is actually loadiung from the hd then. Updating a dash from a live enabled game is ofcourse a good solution to restore the dash but it doesn't always work for instance when there are no or hacked fonts present.

I don't have 007, I have SC (Highest Score 9.6/10 on case - Works obviously).. Just out of curiousity, why would it appear that 007 is actually loading the game from the mem card?  What is the factor of confusion?

the factor of confusion is that when the save is present on the hd and then you run the game, insert the mem card and select the save off the mem card the save will boot (hardcoded) to the xbe that is on the hd in the udata folder so therefore it looks like it's working of mem card. That happens with any game not just 007 auf. If you then delete the save of the hd and do the same it will boot to an error 21.
