Since you cant boot up any games or the dashboard, you gotta hotswap the xbox like me.  http://forums.xbox-s...4043&hl=xboxhdm use that tutorial and get xboxhdm the follow this hotswap tutorial  http://forums.xbox-s...howtopic=225796  and read this topic http://forums.xbox-s...howtopic=282884 to know when to pull out your hard drive cable.  My xbox had the error too. My dashboard got messed up and I got lazy and didn't fix it.  Then it got unplugged. So now I have the same problem you do and I;m going to hotswap to fix it.
