UDE should work just fine for you. it's just a matter of putting the right files in the right places. so there's really no reason for you to wait since you're in the US. not sure why i said that earlier.

you might want to re-download the UDE package and start a-fresh. if you still have problems, you should post in XBE Exploits, as that is what you are having problems with, not the game-save exploit.

Erm, i highly suggest using the latest ltools if you dont want to be messing round with files and stuff its an auto install package and does eveything you want it to with just a few button clicks. Its sounds like hwat youre looking for. Check it out.

i don't think 5960 is a problem for UDE. i think the only problems with UDE were with the new kernels (the first version number you see in settings). your kernel is 4034, so shouldn't be any problems there. having the xbox fonts in c:\fonts and in the root of c: doesn't sound normal to me. i think you need to delete the fonts that are in the root of c: and just leave the ones that are in c:\fonts. then try the install again.

ltools may be just the thing for ya. i can't testify to that as i've never used it, but it seems to be pretty popular.

Yep, check the bottom of my tut with the thanxs goes to bit just before installing new hdd if you want to know the directory

you might want to keep both font's files.. I have a 4034 too and I had them their. I think its quite normal and may cause problems from deleting them... Just use Ltools as I did..

~Update~
1. So far so good. I've got the SC exploit to work and I'm in the ltools menu (nice Matrix thing btw). I'm just about to choose the UDE install.
/me crosses fingers.

2. Question. I have kernal 4034 so I chose UDE 1. Now it's at a menu to choose either PBL 1.4.1, nkpatcher, PBL Metoo, or PBL Lite. Which one should I choose? In your tutorial, it talks about the UDE/UDE2 menu and then "At this stage unless you own a 1.6 version of the xbox press green (A) if you own a 1.6 press blue (X)."
I'm confuzzled.

3. Nevermind >.<, I read that over again. I installed PBL 1.4.1 and it's now running some commands and making a compressed image of my Xbox harddrive, so that looks like a good sign. Whew..
