Yet Another Aladdin Problem

Installed an aladdin live flashed with evox m8 1. via programmer, rebuilt lpc, sodered all  the connections in the diagram. As soon as i plug the power cord in, the xbox led lights up red. i push the power button, it tries to turn on 2 or 3 times, then stays on and does nothing at all. wtf? what did I do wrong?  <

check the components at the front of the board where you soldered the BT line. You have more than likely bridged two points, or damaged something in that area.
Check all your solder points - or get pictures if you can.  <
