Phenix Stops At Xbox Screen

I am running phenix bios loader from splinter cell in the apps folder, it took me some time but i finnaly got it to load without error 21. Once i did it loaded went to the phenix logo, went to the MS Xbox screen when u first turn on your box then just stayed there.  The hard drive was making some noise so i figured it was loading and after 10 minutes nothing was still happening.
