If XBox Live goes to update your dashboard (say, when a new version of Xbox Live comes out) it could corrupt your exploit.

Also if the exploits been triggered (Eg, your at the EvoX screen) and you go Live, it'll say the systems been modified and you'll be banned.

Basically you need to put in your original disc, turn off the Xbox, turn it back on and go Live. This I believe works for now.

yes. you can only play original games that are allready in the drive when you turn on the xbox. If you wanna be sure that your xbox is in a retail state use a bios with pbl that changes the led color.

No, because your Xbox is still modified from booting the EvoX!

There's a BIOS, the special command code the Xbox runs in the background (Kinda like Windows on a desktop PC) - exploits modify this and if it is you'll be banned.

You need to put an original game disc in the DVD tray, and completely reboot the Xbox. Turn it off and back on.

BUMP!
I really would like info on this, even if there's some site I can download it off of, cause I'm worried that after I uninstall and revert my box to an unmodded state, load MA, and use live to download the content, I won't be able to use the exploit again. I really enjoy that content.

or should I really be posting this in the XBL section?

okay here's the thing when you want to use live. i'm using ude on my box and i can play live. when i want to go on live i uninstall ude from evox, and then boot up to a retail game and run live. when i get to live, even though i'm using the 5960 dash i still ask to get updated. update the dash and then i can play on live fine. however when i want to return my box to an exploited state, i have to delete all the downloaded content and then reinstall ude from MA. it may sound tough but it's actually not that bad.

well i guess it's technically not downloaded content. when i ran MA it asked to update my dash. i played live with no problems. when i wanted to restore UDE i loaded up MA and went to try to run the gamesave. but i got 'cannot load run linux'. i didn't know why i got that error. so i went and deleted the MA saves off my box and reloaded the gamesave. when i launched it i was able to get to evox and reload UDE on.

Yeah. You can boot the MA exploit with other, valid savegames, on the drive. I have ltools 1.7.5, my own MA game, and my wife's MA save, all on the hdd. The gamesave exploit  runs fine.

When you go on live, something is downloaded (probably the dash update, even if you have 5960) to patch the hole. Simply delete the downloaded content, and the exploit works again.
