How about :

A few menu click using the game pad in front of the TV and if you have a fast enough network, have Xebian installed(ok, the livefs version).

Or get a Y splitter, hotplug a HD and a few clicks in from of the TV and you can have a new locked HD that you can replace the stock one with all the content cloned, no PC involved ?

And that sounds v.cool to me that wud be amazing if it was possible. I'm still gunna post up a tut on upgrading HD in my topic but i will post another 1 4 ur method to when i see it in action  wink.gif

once I can find a place to host it(it is copyright clean so no implicit 'usual place' is needed), you can try it in action.

I got a spare website its only 40mb space though and its on freewebs.com so i doubt it wud work

Well, it is about 8M for each(one for the installer, one for the HD tools). I am not sure if there is any limitation etc. on your web hosting service. I would try to see if I can get an account there.
