you probably tryin to install an old font exploit which on your dash results in an error. Take a search on the forum for the UDE.

if you don't load a bios using pheonix bios loader, you need to sign everything you try to load

didn't search hard enough I guess. get the 4920 update.xbe on slayer's auto installer.
