I wouldn't say the average game is 2.8GB. It all depends on the game and if he decides to rip anything. Some games are even a few hundred megs or up to 6GB+.

OP: You need to sign the files if you aren't using PBL. The Xbox requires that the *.xbes have a certain key in order to work. You can use xbedump to sign them or one of the many bat signers. Or, you could get presigned *.xbes depending on the exploit.

I was merely pointing out that your number was wrong. Even so, that was from your "85" games? There are MANY more games than that. Answering how many games he can fit onto a hdd isn't a question that can be answered because the games range in different sizes. tongue.gif

EDIT: BTW, calling me "stupid" because my answer disagrees with your answer is pretty lame.

If you insist. I'm not here to argue with you/judge you--I can't justify "fighting" with someone online.

OP: A lot of your questions could have been answered in the forums. I recommend checking out the pinned topics and searching a little more before posting. You'll actually find the answers you're looking for in about the same amount of time it takes to make a post. Good luck modding! beerchug.gif

If I may return to my question regarding the *.xbe signing...
Let me see if i am understanding you...
if i use the Phoenix BIOS Loader, then it isn't necessary for me to do anything with the *.xbe signing..right?

Thanks for all the help, I appreciate it!

Yes, but make sure you have a kernel UNDER 5530. If you have 5530, you could always use the nkpatcher.

Awesome, thank you for the help!

One more question though...

I have an 802.11b wireless network in my house and my xbox is located in close proximity with a desktop that uses the USB Network Adaptor for internet access via the router.  Do I need to connect the crossover cable to the desktop and create a local area connection between the two devices or can the xbox just be another device in the network?

Any thoughts, ideas, or help would be greatly appreciated once again. Thank you!
