Question With Burned Dvd

that is not the correct way. You burn thr image simply as a file in that manner. You should not use nero expres but nurning rom. After the first window where you select "NEW" go to the top to "RECORDER" in that drop down menu select "BURN IMAGE" now select the correct file and in the new window set your burn speed and select finalize dvd. that's it.

I was meaning of course to create the xiso first and then use the nrg,cue and iso selection in the drop down menu. When you say media flags what exactly is that. I've found the best way to learn things on forums is to jump in and start offering advice so disregard my lack of knowledge in some areas.

I was not talkin bout your explanation. anyway media flags are some checkpoints to make the xbox verify it is on the right kind of dvd (should be pressed dvd's with games). New biosses have a autopatch built in so it isn't needed to patch the xbe's and xbedump takes care of the media flags also.

@Sonicjam I allready posted that didn't I? Cd's is none and for dvd I suggest (ritek) g04 mediacode. those are dvd-r and play fine on all xbox drives.

If you want to it can by checking a box. But again it is not nescesary on newer bioses. Also the nkpatcher seems to take care of that.

@sonicjam look here note that ritek also make this discs for other brands like arita and traxdata which might be cheaper but basically the same.
