What do you mean by "signed". I am just using the one that came with the MK-Jones package.

I don't know if his package has a signed dashboard. I'm sure it does. It may have been corrupted when you transfered it. Anyway, you use a program called xbedump and sign with the appropriate argument (Font = -font, Audio = -audio, Everything else = -habibi).

grr.gif ... Like I posted before am using the MK-Jones softmodd lite package. It installed smoothly but when I turn on the Font hack and reboot without a game it just frags.

Now I've signed the dashboard files with xbedump. I checked the PBL and that's signed. Shoud I move the PBL foler onto the C:\ root or leave it in it's current place E:\ root..

Any help woould greatly be appreicated biggrin.gif

maybe it's just me but your not being too clear about this.  Number one, font hacks dont work with the new Xbox Live dashboard.  You may need to download slayers evox install and copy the contents of the C folder in the installer over to your xbox.  By copy I mean replace.  Then redo your font exploit (put bert and ernie back into the fonts folder and rename Xbox.xtf and Xbox Book.xtf to .old) and reboot.  Before doing this, though, make a backup of your C (System) part of your drive.

You never answered RiceCake's question. What is your dash version (MS dash I mean)? Having a v1.0 your kernel is OK for exploiting, so using an automatic installer package your dash version is the likely cause...
