refresh your D: drive. that has happened to me before. sometimes it even shows the last dvd i had in there.

sometimes restarting the ftp program helps.

This is caused by you copying a file from there and quitting before it finishes.
have you ever seen boxplorer how it says do not turn off or reboot xbox while copying. turn it off for an hour or two without a disc in the drive then try again and see if that helps.

the first time i tried to access the D: it brought up the C: contents.  Is there someway to "mount" the D: or something?

Your using the font exploit, now when you want to play DVDs you have to let the xbox boot into your new dash and then click launch DVD.

Using this method your loading msxboxdash.xbe (if its set up in evox.ini) instead of xboxdash.xbe.

Cause Get a Chip Bodgey Xbox and make sure you have a normal disc not a burnt one
