The E-drive is hdc50. On this partition you will find the UDATA directory, so
mkdir /xbox
mount -t fatx /dev/hdc50 /xbox

Once you have hdc50 mounted you need to have access to your MA save game - either on another HD, on a CD or on a floppy (if it fits?). Have it in an unzipped format and then :
cp -r /path_to_gamesave/4d530017 /xbox/UDATA
