Which One?

i have a modded and unmodded xbox. I want to use an exploit though so that the unmodded one is able to play backups, and when no game is inserted it loads up the normal ms screen. I dont plan on opening the case, so can any1 tell me what they would do so it will just play backups when i insert them. THANKS!
