An Easier Way To Sign Files
« Reply #75 on: September 16, 2004, 11:36:00 AM »

hey guys I really like that program to sign all the default.xbe files.  I also wanted to know if anyone had something that could help me with changeing the amount of kills in halo.  I know where the files are and how to switch them and all that but I cannot find anything to re-sign the files for me.... and of course with out it, the files will not load.  Thanks for the time and help. if you want you can send me email or just post here. thanks again.

Signing files for use in gamesave exploits or old font exploits, if you ever used PBL or NKPatcher they were all signed with Habibi key in xbedump, otherwise you get an MS Service error (same as when you try and run unsigned code on a retail xbox).

The reason for it is that the font & gamesave exploits batch a specific key into the bios that will only all Habbibi signed .xbe's run, once the PBL or NKPatcher has done it's work the xbox will then accept unsigned .xbe's

If you noticed, the original post was 7 years ago. We don't host the links for any software. They are from the original posters.
