Help With Tsop Flash
« on: January 19, 2004, 06:24:00 PM »

does anyone have any tips for my TSOP flashing? We use conductive paint (which has worked on a dozen or so xboxs prior, we follow the screnshots and connect the points however the flash is still not writable. We've tried re applying paint several times but nothing. THe xbox still works like new though. Xbox version 1.5

i think you are getting tsop not writeable which means the conductive ink is not connecting making it write enabled. I would honestly use solder I've never had a problem with it. It might be a bad batch of conductive ink or something or maybe your switched brands. but i'm just throwing out ideas for you

We've used this exact tube for all of our modding and never had a problem. I might break out the razor and scrape any protective coatings that may be around. Otherwise Ill use the raincoat.
