Slayers 2.5 Iso Work ?

I know this question was asked yesterday and still no one has come forth to reveal if it can be done. Which I think it should work. How and what would be needed to do this . referring to the slayers 2.5 iso cd running it from the soft modded xbox.
Just want to know if it is possible thats all.

If the box is flashed with a non-ms bios as ex. evox or xecuter, YES.
