Help Locking 120g Hard Drive

this is what I am doing
I have 120 Western digital  drive with Game Save Exploit on it
but my chip is not working because of bad flash
I want to lock it so I can use the drive
when I try locking it with hdunlock, I get "runtime error 150 at 0000
my drive is not lock I try it with atapwd.exe
can any person have any suggesting
