You missed it biggrin.gif

Using a M$ mem card did the trick. I took the AR back & got an M$ mem card & used a home made usb adapter I already had to connect the gamepad to the PC, and use the downloaded AR software to put the 007 zip onto the mem card, loaded 007, loaded the save & bobs yer uncle.

One thing I did beforehand, was to edit evox.ini to use a static IP & set the IP manually.

Once Evox was up & running, I backed up the HD, deleted everything, copied the system.all.c to  xbox c as per Dave B's instructions and it works perfect smile.gif

Ive got XBMP playing mp3 & divx from my fileserver via the network & GBA emu on it for the kids, and it rocks biggrin.gif
