Cant Get To Xbox Live Tab Screen

Ok, I got the original dashboard up, but when I goto the xbox live tab it shows that little video and then goes to a black screen. Whats going on? How do I fix it? I want to change my live account settings so I dont get billed $50 tomorrow.
