Bliking Red Light Than Completely Black Screen

when i turn on the xbox it goes from a solid green light to a red blinking light. when i put the 007 game in and reload it it goes baxk to the evox screen. It was all going good until i tried putting the pheonixbios loader in. i messed up and when i rebooted my xbox it got messed up and now instead of a launch menu i have install evox 1.1.3752 and i already have that installed. how do i fix this or get back to where i can restart al over.

     Any advice would help.
