all i need to know is what files do i need to take out of the mechinstaller archive so my action replay will recognize it as an actual gamesave.

ok... first of all, you need to make sure the save is zipped, not the raw udata folder, because the AR takes zip files... second, you may need to try a MS memory card, because the AR one gave me error 21 when I tried it...

the files are zipped, but it says that they are not valid gamesaves.

I know exactly what you mean. I have been working on this the last two days straight.

Try deleting the readme.txt file from UsEr-X-
AKA: Whatup1049. That is how I got mine to "work." I use the term "work" loosley, Action Reply liked it, but the X-box didn't. (black screen of death) I think I am missing some files still. Maybe the Phoenix Bios loader. I will continue to research.

MechassaultwithEvox.zip this is the main folder

--4d530017 here is the next subfolder (no .txt file) has two items:

well this might now be the way u wanna do it but i couldent zip mine either so i just got the "run linux" save from the action replay prog. worked like a charm
