Well basically i was in the middle of using the bert and ernie exploit and the connection froze.  i don't have the code to unlock the drive and when i restarted it, it boots up to the "take yo shit to customer service" screen.  I need to know if there is a way around this.   I want to unlock the drive or at least get the code because i want to upgrade it anyway to a 120gb.  thanks
