I was looking through my savegames on my xbox yesterday via the MS dashboard, and while scrolling the list my xbox just rebooted.
As I have a modded xbox, it could very well have been a savegame from a homebrew program/game (although I did try flashing the TSOP with the 007 exploit before I got the modchip - I couldn't manage to solder the jumpers - and the savegame is still there), but even if it is a homebrew program's savegame it should still be usable to crash an unmodded xbox; and if it's because of a buffer overflow, it should be adaptable to use as another no-mod exploit.
On the other hand, it's probably moot seeing as there are enough no-mod hacks for the dashboard itself that there's no real need for another. But I'm still curious as to whether anyone else has noticed something similar.
BTW, I'm unable to identify what savegame is causing it, as the one i was scrolling onto was "Unknown Program" and the one that scrolled into view (and that presumably could have caused the crash while being loaded) was of course not visible.
