Will The New +137 Gb Hack Work With Phoenix?
« on: September 02, 2003, 12:05:00 PM »

Haven't tried it myself, but don't see a reason why it wouldn't.

Just to be sure, make sure to put the new bios as the secondary one (the one that will boot if the dvd tray is open).  That way, even if you screw up (or if it doesn't work), you can still boot to the existing xboxrom.bin fine.

Also, even though the drive should now show 160 GB, the FATX table for the F partition is still based only on the 137GB it could access when it was first formatted.  You'll need to redo the formatting on the drive in order to gain proper access to all of the capacity.  Not sure if you can just redo partition F, or if you need to do the whole drive again.
