The fonts on C: have to do with an older version of the MS dashboard. Xboxdash.xbe is the MS dash. To use the hacks, you need to rename the xtf's in /fonts/ to .xft or something. Just put bert and ernie in there as-is, don't rename them (The Xbox scans this folder for fonts and runs them). as for default.xbe, the hack loads any font hack signed xbe off the C: drive. Put the default.xbe on the C: drive. It should run.
