Orange and green flashing means that you have no av cable plugged in.

I believe you can change how the LED behaves through the Phoenix Loader's boot.cfg file. If you want it all green just make sure the four letters following LEDSequence are gggg.

Yeah, I think it's something with Phoenix that makes it do that.  Think of it this way: You can tell at a glance if you are running the stock bios or your new and improved bios.
