Pheonix Bios Loader Problem

ok i did mad goukis guide for the pheonix tutorial by putting it in e:appspheonix bios and when i run it it just goes to a black screen. it seems to freeze because i left it on for 5 mins like that and nothing happened

you copied the evox file (default.xbe in C) to evoxdash.xbe?
