No it's not the bios it's the DVD drive. Borrow your buddy's DVD. That's what I originally had to do.

It could be. What version of XBMP is it? Any clue? Try upgrading.

Uh, You should only use E: and F: try not to knock around in C: too much. Because that's the way it goes. the other dirrectories are used for other major purposses.

you should really look into phoenix bios loader... xbins has a signed one you can grab and just slap it in there...
