Help With This ?!?!?!

I have a modded xbox and a pc 2 xbox controller cable (4 the memory card) and my friends want to mod their boxes too but dont know how to sign xbe files. Also they want to put a bigger hd into their box.  Is there a prog that makes it so u dont have to sign anything and can put a new hd in too??  I've looked in the tutorials but didnt have success (atleast i didnt see it)

If you get the 007 hack going, just flash the tsop and then find and download slayer's autoinstaller disc.  Just pop in the new HDD, and load up the slayer disc.  There is an option to format the HDD, it's as easy as that.
