I think your Problem is that u didn't make a UDATA Folder, make a UDATA Folder and move the 4541000d Folder into it, then ZIP.

Hey ... I think I fixed it!  Rather than compressing it to .zip with WinRar I right clicked the UDATA folder, went to Send To, Clicked Compression.  Move UDATA.zip to the desktop, dragged it to AR card.  And it WORKED!!!  YEAH!  

Anways, I would still like to know if using this will cause a problem  with XBL.

well all you had to do in the first place was right click on the UDATA file and ad to zip you name it whater .zip and you would be good to go
