How To Use Ozxmemory?

I have a 64 MB USB flash drive. I've tried all the software out there. none has worked because my usb flash drive isnt 32mb. Then there is this OZXMemory which is supposed to work for all sizes, but I dont know how to use it. Can anyone help me out?
