Hdd Loader Help Asap

With the Mechassualt exploit and Evox I tried replacing my Xbox's files with Debug Kit files (stupid, yes I know). I can get the HDD Swap thing to work so the PC knows that there's a new HD. It's just when I use the HDD Loader prog it doesn't recognize the Xbox HDD, it says "I could find no Xbox HDD I looked from \. PhyscicalDrive 0 to PhysicalDrive 256" I'm guessing it's because it can't find any retail Xbox files on the HDD. Is there anyway I can get into my Xbox HDD? Cuz I have my original retail Xbox HDD backed up, all I need to do is get my original files back onto it. BTW evertime I start up my Xbox it gets the error screen and I can't run games. Some help ASAP would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm wondering how the PC recognized that there was a new HDD then? Can PCs recognize a HDD even if it's locked? I'll try it again letting it sit for even longer, I waited 10 minutes at the error screen then switched the IDE cable. I know the HDD swap method pretty well, so I'm pretty sure I'm not doing anything wrong. If anyone else has any other tip, ideas. etc. please let me know. Thanks.

It is my experience that you do not have to wait for the drive to spin down. Just swap the IDE after the error screen pops up and 9 times out of 10 it works.
