did you make a copy of xboxdash.xbe and hex edit all xtf -> xft as well? and re-sign and link evox too it?

this is happening to you because in your evox.ini file under the [Misc] section, your DVDPlayer probably looks like this

DVDPlayer   = "c:\xboxdash.xbe"

you have to change it to point to your xbmp xbe file.
