How exactly do i do step 5??  i have xbedump in a temp file, but how or where do i open the command prompt??

Hey i cant get pbl 1.4.1 to even start up...........
really dissapointed
i checked if all the files where there and they were........
However, something really weird happens....when i boot pbl 1.4.1 nothing at all comes..its fully black and then when i keep pressing A for a little while (3 times) then the Xbox fan speeds up (i think!?) well i just hear noise from the xbox go louder and faster..........  

What should i do?
Help me please....

I followed the tutorial word for word and it worked fine....but I tried to connect to xbox live and it said 'Your hardware has been modified and wouldnt let me on'. Is there any way to unmod it so it will let me back on live?

no you are banned. You can't ever go live again with that xbox (unless you switch eeproms). FYI you can't go life after you ran any modification of you xbox such as bios loaders kernel patchers, exploits and so on. You can only go live in a fresh unmodded state with retail games.

Nope.

Actually no chips on your Xbox are flashed. The problem was is that your system was running the exploits as you accessed Xbox Live, now a chip on your Xbox - the EEPROM, is banned.

The only way to fix it is to buyanother unbanned EEPROM or beg someone for one and reflash that little chip you got blacklisted.

so i can use splintercell without ANY risk?

I coudlnt find any tutorials on how to hack w/splinter cell but i saw it on xbins

the splinter cell save is no different than the other saves. It only has two folders that need to be transfered. The execution is the same. load up the game get into the save and bam you are in evox. the live tab has nothing to do with the audio exploit. I personally recomend the ude if you want an exploit other than the save game exploit for booting into evox directly without the game.

my blockbuster only has the game of the year version of mechassault
but it has splinter cell original

once i get that i dont kno which tutorial to use
