So I did my research first, and searched for it with no luck.....
I would like to know you can just wire up the xbox memory card directly to a PC USB by soldering a usb Cable to to the corrisponding pins on the inside of the memory card.
--slightly modifying the concept found in this tutorial:
http://www.i-hacked....=article&sid=34instead of soldering the USB ports to the controler, solder the cable to the memory card itself, and install the AR software.. it works in my head.... but I don't feel like frying another memory card so soon after my last one. (don't ask)
And based on that idea, with my dead memory card, I took the board out and dremeled a hole to fit a USB port, so I have a more portable USB adapter for the controler.....
Could I take said home made USB adapter, get a male to male USB cable and plug my xbox controler to the PC via home made memory card adapter that isn't really a memore card anymore and be able to use my controler on my PC? --and if so, can I plug a regular xbox memory card into the second memory slot on my controler and transfer the save games that way?
PM me for pics of my work on that usb memory card port for the xbox controler should you wish to see it.
