Best Xploit Guide To Use

I"m going to use complex loader 1.0fx, ernie and bert reloaded, and the updated kernel support patch.  I have Kernel 4817 and dash 4034.  I understand I have to use either 007 or mechasault save.  Can someone suggest an easy guide using the above software.  I looked throught the board, but the pinned topics didn't use complex loader, and I need to use it to be able to have my kernel supported.

just to add, I need this too.  I can not find a tut on complex loader.
