ok, i read up on some stuff, and i see some tutuorials saying to install evox. but, if i install evox and try to flash the bios and the pins arent connected, wont that make my xbox a paperweight? as of right now, i am trying to flash the bios through the savegame exploit - is this the safe way? is it the wrong way (without clicking "install evox XX.XX...) the main two questions i was getting at are:


1.)Has anyone else gotten the overheating problem after soldering, and what did you do about it?
2.)Correct method of flashing bios with a 1.3 board and latest kernal
