Problem Using The !loader
« on: July 03, 2003, 07:25:00 AM »

It's probably the FTP settings.

It hung on me until I blew them away in the config. This is fine for me because I have DHCP setup. If you don't, specify your IP and stuff.

I've noticed that out of the 3 backups of my games on my HDD, only 1 shows up in Complex Loader. I have to go into my dash (EvoX) to launch the other two. They're in the same path too, which is strange.

Also, the FTP u/p isn't available. I read someone's fix on it, but you can just use EvoX dash to use FTP instead.

Ditto, I've tried a million things, all of them fail.  The loader loads, and freezes up at "Drive Closed, Media Present" anyone know how to get around that?

I have a v1.2 Xbox which isn't supported yet.  However I did get the Complex !Loader to load up under the 007AUF.  It loads and I can FTP to my XBox.  I also modified the menus to the way I wanted, funny thing the menus work (for games that I have already patched to run on my unmodded Xbox), if a directory has an unpatched game it locks up, instead of giving me the listing like it does with the patched stuff.

The !Loader itself is very unstable, it can lock up when booting or while bringing up the menus.  Even my friends with Xboxes that it is supposed to work on have problems, some more than I do.

If I click on an already patched app it says patching, then locks up.  I just cannot get it to show my the nonpatched apps.
