I was wondering if there was an app or something that would allow me to edit the default.xbe or something so I could run pal games on ntsc without changing the region to pal?

I'm pretty sure you can't do this.  Although you can't change the game's resolution, some TV's can display both PAL and NTSC.  You can use Xbox Media Center to launch applications in a different display mode (NSTC-A, NSTC-J, and PAL).  Try that, and report back!  smile.gif
