Lite Programmer?

Where do you install the programmer inside the xbox? is there a tutorial? Do you just leave it connected, and cut/melt a hole in back for it?

you have to remove the chip to flash, i'm pretty sure

Yes. The chip plugs into the programmer like the Matrix. . .
