You have the two windows in FLASHFXP, why not just drag and drop?

I have a feeling that you do not have it configured so that it will transfer to the desired folder.

If you can see the contents of your xbox hdd and the PC hdd and you are running the default install of FlashFXP then I can't see were you would be having the problem. Do yo u have any firewalls up including XP's?
