Is This Safe To Delete From Gamesaves Mangaer?

Since I have the stock hdd(will upgrade soon) im trying to free up space to atleast keep my xbox running decent. Is it safe to delete the online updater app???, its 791,584.00kb, 49,474 blocks and is in folder fffe0000. If I delete this will it mess up my xbox or anything???(make programs not work)
