use a file manager on your xbox to look on your HD and such. in the D drive (your dvd drive) should be a dashupdate.xbe. if not, it should be in one of the subfolders somewhere. just select it and it should try to load it automatically (depending on which file browser you're using).

hmm...

I would call 1-800-4MY-XBOX, but always stay in an unmodded state (don't load your chip)

If they ask if your modded, say no.. If they tell you to send it in.. come back. But if they fix it, please do tell us what they did...

and are you using a chip?

FiTzYbOy2k5,

Some ?'s

Who is your ISP?
Where do you live?
What do you have connected between your xbox and your broadband modem?

Some possible solutions...

Under network settings, make sure IP addresses and DNS servers is set to automatic.
Under PPPOE settings, make sure everything is blank and configuration is set to off.
Under Advanced, make sure everything is blank.

After you have done all this click connect.

Oh and most importantly make sure your network cable is plugged in to xbox and other side to your router or modem.

G/L
