This thread should have been locked 2 pages ago (TMHO) but .....
There is no 'better', all mods work if done correctly, all have their share of pro's and con's.
Just use whatever you feel comfortable with.
Pretty sad this discussion comes up every 2 or 3 days and always leads to arguments between fanboys (and -girls) of all 3 camps.
I use all 3 of them, and all have their purpose. For most tasks wanted from a mod : it's totally indifferent, as the result will be the same, and the 'risks' (though different for each mod) are pretty equal, but might differ for users.
Some are good at soldering (chip users), some are good at reading (softmodders). We all have our qualities and flaws, so have all mod methods.
