there should be an ISO file burn that to a cd. I use Nero select "Burn Image" and browse to the ISO file.

Use the make-win-iso.bat to create an ISO file, you may need to run this from a command prompt. That will give you the ISO file.

I am having trouble replying keeps telling me not logged in......

Burn the linux.iso file to a cd as an image, this will create a bootable CD. you dont need to open it.

In Nero you select Burn Image from the select recorder section and browse to the ISO file.

You can get a trail version of Nero off the Net just look on google.

Most cd buring programs will let you burn a image file, what do you use to burn with normally?

I think you have it right just remember to have the cd in the drive when you turn the pc on and that the PC boots form that disk, It will start Linux on your PC but it is all scripted and has a menu so is fairly straight forward.
