Thompson works perfectly for me never had a dirty disk error with good media

And it plays DVD+Rs which burn faster for me  

But really.. this isn't the place for your Petition.

laugh.gif   The only tip I can give you guys is to have the M$ person escalate your report number several times until someone who can actually do something gets it.
