Could I go onto xbox live if I softmodded my xbox w/ ltools sc exploit and upgraded my hd?

if u have a 1.0 or 1.1 you can tsop flash retail bios on half of the tsop and hacked bios on the other half.  Then use an external switch to just switch between the two.  Just make sure u haven't already been on live w/ that box.
